TE Winter Training Individual Final Submission - Last Date : 12th Jan 2011, 3:00PM

Instructions :

Take Printouts of the 'Report Submission Confirmation' emails received to you by me from 8th to 17th Dec 2010.

For 18th, 20th & 21st, for which report submission Auto-confirmation were not sent, take the printout of common confirmation email sent to you. CLICK HERE to get your respective reports submitted on 18th, 20th & 21st Dec. Take its Printout & attach it to common confirmation email received to you.

Take Printout of all Rejections, Leave Sanction, Suspensions, Report of the Day emails received to you by me.

Organize Daily Site Log, Training Completion Certificate duly filled & signed by your respective trainee company officials.

Arrange above all collected documents and additional documents in following order,

1. COVER PAGE (Your Full Name, Roll No., Exam No., Email ID, Trainee Company Name, Project Name. Let us see who creates the most beautiful artistic Cover Page amongst you !!!)
2. INDEX
3. TRAINING COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
4. DAILY SITE LOG SHEET
5. SITE TRAINING REPORTS

8. ANNEX III : Two Site Photo Color Print on single A4 page

Arrange the documents as mentioned above, do spiral binding of the same & submit it to me only in my cabin, before 12th Jan 2011, 3:00PM .

Purposeful hiding of any data or avoidance of submission of any negative document, will lead to training disqualification, as I have all the data available with me to crosscheck your submission. Thus, don't even try it.

Non-fulfillment of of Final Submission will lead to complete disqualification from the training program for that particular student.
